Miyajima
The day after visiting Hiroshima, I went to Miyajima. Small Island considered as one of the most beautiful site of Japan with Ama no Hashidate and Matsushima. It's a gorgeous place where you must manage to go when it's the low tide to be able to walk around this huge red gate, the Otorii. A thing to do as well, is to climb Mount Misen. I guess to view must be great from the top... unfortuntely I counldn't go there.
The famous Otorii at High tide. Build in 1875, it's one of the biggest in Japan.
One of the best spot to take a photo of your husband.

Millions lifes around the Otorii.
Miyajima Island from the boat which take you there in about 15 minutes.
Itsukushima-Jinja.
Inside a shrine.
View from a small hill.
Like in Nara, deers are everywhere... always in quest of food.
